"Thy lovingkindness, O Jehovah, is in the
heavens; Thy faithfulness reacheth unto the skies. Thy righteousness is like the mountains
of God; Thy judgments are a great deep: O Jehovah, thou preservest man and beast." -
Psa 36:5-6
The far west is
known for its beautiful scenery, fantastic wildlife, and the rugged spirit of
individualism. Certainly, you will find all of these in Cody, Wyoming.
However, when it comes to the teaching of the scriptures, unity is embraced. We
humbly bow down to the teachings of God and adhere to the practices of the first century
church.
When you visit us, you
will find a humble group of servants who gather together upon the first day of the week to
sing a capella praises to God (Eph. 5:19), partake of the Lord's Supper (I Cor.11:23-29),
give as we have been prospered (1 Cor. 16:2), pray in thankfulness (Phil. 4:6) and receive
scriptural instruction by the means of words from the Bible (2 Tim. 2:2).
If you are coming to visit
Cody, please stop by and worship with us. It is a blessing to us to see so many of
our good brothers and sisters from not only the United States, but from around the world.
Please feel free to contact us ahead of time for directions or any questions you might have.
God Bless and "Don't
